RECIPE of the DAY: Noodle Nuggets

Ingredients:
Instant Noodles (any flavor will do, mas ok ung pansit canton na maanghang)
Scrambled Egg (1:1 ratio with noodles)
Black Pepper powder(depends on your taste)

Procedure:
  1. Pulverise the noodles using mortar and pestle. (if I say pulverise.... i mean it) You can also use your blender if you want to, it saves time and effort.
  2. After you produced a noodle powder, mixed it with the scrambled egg together with the noodles' seasoning.
  3. When the mixture is done, place it in the frige in 15mins. (If you're in a hurry you can make it 10)
  4. When the mixture is look like a clay, mold it as a shape of your choice... then it is ready for cooking....
  5. Fry the noodle nuggets in a very hot cooking oil in 3-5mins until golden brown in color.

Enjoy eating.... Its good when you're drinking beer!!!!!!!!
